The major carriers (i.e. AT&T, Level(3), Sprint, Qwest) are moving towards sending their account executives to see only those accounts billing at least $10,000 per month, and are servicing smaller accounts through telemarketing departments. By contrast, our clients range in size from those using $50 per month in long distance service, and having as few as 3 business lines to those using thousands of dollars per month in long distance, and having multiple sites throughout the US, and around the world. We help them ALL to optimize their telecom expenditures, and do it with personalized service.
